Hello traveler! Welcome to the universe known as LUNAVERSE! You will find most of my ocs and stories here, so please take the time to enjoy your stay. In this web page you will find my terms of service when it comes to my characters and stories along with my process of creating them.
I completely support the inspiration of my ocs design wise and storywise, but please do NOT completely rip off my creations. I know that I have not copyrighted or will pull out any legal action on my characters (other than future projects), however, it's common sense and just simple respect to just… not steal someone's work.
You can make fanart of my characters! I FULLY support any kind of fanwork for my stories, projects, and ocs- in fact I encourage it! I would love to see what you all come up with, especially with the creativity people have. To dm me fanart, contact me on my instagram or email: lunamilklove@gmail.com. You will get a shoutout on instagram if you allow me to credit you ☆ ~('▽^人)
You can make any work of my characters as long as it's not offensive, discriminative, or illegal. Other than that, go wild!
I've been told many times how my designs are very stylish. I am quite confident in my design skills as well, and it's the main reason why I want to at least try to give a tutorial on how I do it. I say try because I'm not an expert on tutorials, I kinda just do what I do and I do what I do.
I first start off with either a design or concept. Let's go in order from concept to designs to final, you can either start with a concept or design it doesn't matter! But for convenience, let's start “in order”.
You can go about your life and see anything as a concept for a character! I get mine from life, dreams, events, media, almost anything! This part is hard to explain and do since you need a vast brain to do it BUT it is possible! Pinterest is SUCH a good tool for inspiration. Making a board dedicated to character inspiration is perfect and so handy (trust me). But watching anime, shows, and my silly dreams help me with concepts a lot. (Especially my dreams.)
Now your design for a character! It's good to sketch out a very rough sketch of what you want them to look like straight from your head- remember! This sketch won't be perfect. Then, open up that pinterest app RIGHT now to view your options. There are more options though! Like Character Design, Tiktok, Instagram, there's so many options for you to choose from.
I'm very loose when it comes to writing for a character. I kind of just come up with whatever is in my mind at the moment or rip facts of cool characters and mash it into one- so I can only explain what I do and not exactly give a tutorial… ・ヾ(。><)シ
How did you get into storymaking?
Since I was a kid. I loved cartoons, shows, and video games a lot. I wanted to be in those worlds myself, so I created characters to substitute for it.
Who was your first OC?
Her name is Krystal Melanie, and she's a part of Vigilante. Originally, her name was ‘Fluffy’ (Embarrassingly enough) and she was a sans fangirl when I first created her. I love how she grew, as she was a persona of mine before branching out to be her own character. She still has certain aspects of me, though.
Your favorite OC?
Amai Kiyokatsu from Kaiyohana. I like him a lot a lot.
Your favorite story?
I love a lot of my stories, but my favorites have to be my two projects Kaiyohana and The Barracudas. This choice may change in the future…
